Q: How do I start a One Player Fight?
A: Press Fight, then pick a foe by swiping through the different opponents. Choose from the supplied fighter(s) or any custom fighters you have made yourself. Choose a difficulty setting (pick “APPY SLAPPY” if you don’t want your opponents to fight back). Then press “ONE PLAYER” (v2.0 and higher) or “Fight” (1.3 or lower and Lite versions).
Q: What do all these buttons do?
Swift Attack button: Double tap or tap in concert with any other buttons to get a lightning fast combo.
Furious Attack button: This attack is slower but does more damage to your opponent. Double tap or tap in concert with any other attack buttons for a a heavy-hitting Combo.
Active Block button: Protect yourself, but be sure to time your block correctly or your opponent can bulldoze right through you. Tip: To effectively use your block, watch your opponent carefully. When his face radiates a red glow, you know he’s going to attack!
Kick Attack button: Use your foot Fu to nail your opponent where it hurts.
Q: How do I Pause the game?

Q: What’s the glowing ball in the middle of the screen?
A: Attack with legendary fury! When you have scored enough successful strikes the Legendary Fury meter will fill. When the meter is filled to the top it will glow. Press the icon to unleash a savage weapon attack! Press any of the attack buttons to use the weapon but be quick, it’s only available for a limited time!
Q: What do I need to play Two Player FaceFighter?
A: You need two players, each running the same version of FaceFighter. Two player functionality requires iPhone OS 3.0 or higher and an iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS or 2nd Generation iPod Touch to function.
Q: How do I get my own face into the game?
A: Tap the “?” on the Profile screen to add a picture to that profile.
Q: How do I start a Two Player Fight?
A: Make sure you are sitting within kissing distance of each other then both players should press the “FIGHT” button from the Main Menu then “TWO PLAYER” on the Fighter Selection Screen.
The two devices will display a “Looking for other iPhones and iPod touches” screen. When you or your opponent can see the other device, select it. Next, Accept or Decline the invitation to fight. If accepted, the Fight is on!
Q: I’m having problems connecting, what now?
A: It can take up to 1 minute to find the other device. If finding the other device takes longer than 1 minute you should probably press “Cancel” and start again.
Once you have selected a device to fight against it can take up to 2 minutes for the devices to connect for the first time (although subsequent fights should connect in a matter of seconds).
Don’t try to find more than 2 devices at the same time. The more devices there are trying to connect the longer it takes!
It helps if both devices have Wi-Fi either on or off.
If, after a few attempts, you cannot successfully connect the devices we suggest you power-off both devices, restart and try again.
Sitting within a few feet of your opponent is highly recommended!
Q: How do I win a Fight?
A: When you have KO’d your opponent 3 times, you win the bout!

A: Press “MAKE FOE” then use your camera or photo gallery to bring in a photo.

For best results, have your subject look straight at the camera. Now, pinch and rotate the photo so that the eyes and the mouth line up. Press “DONE”. Now pinch to scale and rotate the second cut out to outline the face. Name you opponent and - kick his or her butt!
The icon on the left toggles the Music off and on. The icon in the middle toggles the Sound Effects off and on.
Q: How do I turn off Vibration?
A: The icon on the right turns off (and on) vibration. Note: This only works on devices that support Vibration.
